Village Medical at Walgreens welcomes residents from Northern Indiana at the new practice, located at 2845 W. Cleveland Road in South Bend. Village Medical physicians and Walgreens pharmacy team members work together to provide coordinated care for chronic conditions, as well as everyday illnesses and injuries. Immediately following their medical visits, patients can fill prescriptions, often at the same location if they choose.
