2022 VillageMD Annual Compliance Attestation
VillageMD is a provider of clinical and non-clinical services that maintains certain services agreements with payors, arranges for financially and clinically integrated payor contracting on behalf of primary care physicians and non-physicians, and has established a population management program to support the delivery of health care services in a cost effective and efficient manner for the benefit of patients, physicians, and payors.
“You” (the entity listed or otherwise provided in the signature table below) are contracted with VillageMD through a health care services agreement (professional services agreement, participation agreement, or other agreement with VillageMD) (“Agreement”) to provide reasonable, medically necessary, and appropriate clinical services to patients covered by payor agreements, in accordance with such agreements, applicable law, regulation, the AMA professional standards, and good medical judgment.
VillageMD has developed and implemented a compliance program, which includes compliance training and certain exclusion checks. As part of this compliance program, VillageMD requests You attest to the items below.
