In today's healthcare highlight, Crain's Chicago Business featured VillageMD's acquisition of Houston-based Memorial Clinical Associates. The deal includes MCA’s 10 primary care providers and 80 employees. VillageMD will also acquire its affiliated Independent Providers' Association/Management Service Organization, which includes an additional 15 primary care providers.
